星期六晚上做了俄羅斯酸奶牛肉,第一次用sour cream做菜,很不錯很不錯。食譜是我參照好幾個網站後決定的:

Russian Beef Stroganoff 俄羅斯酸奶牛肉

1.5 lb beef (sirloin or beef tenderloin, cut in strips (1" x 2" x 0.5") 一磅牛肉, 沙朗
1.5 onion, chopped 一個半洋蔥, 切碎
1 lb mushroom, sliced 一磅洋菇, 切片
1 clove garlic, minced 一瓣大蒜, 切末

2 tbsp flour 兩匙麵粉
1 tsp dry mustard 一茶匙乾芥末
1 tsp salt 一茶匙鹽
1 tsp pepper 一茶匙胡椒
1 tsp paprika 一茶匙paprika
(以上混合)

1.5 c sour cream 一杯半酸奶醬

(optional: nutmeg and tarragon for mushroom)

1. Cook beef in oil, season with salt and pepper, brown both sides, don't cook through, set aside. 煎牛肉到兩面黃。
2. Cook mushroom in butter til tender. 用奶油煎洋菇。
3. Cook garlic and onion in butter til translucent. 用奶油煎大蒜和洋蔥, 洋蔥半透明即可。
4. Combine cooked ingredients. 把牛肉, 洋菇, 洋蔥合併。
5. Coat beef+mushroom+onion with powder mixture. 將麵粉和調味料粉均勻灑上料理。
6. Add sour cream, mix, heat for 5 min, don't simmer. 加酸奶,加熱五分鐘,不要煮沸 (酸奶會結塊)。
7. Season with salt and pepper. 用鹽及胡椒調味。
8. Serve over egg noodles (for 2-3 people). 煮麵。

DONE! :D:D:D 晚餐完成!
